MEDIA RATE SHEET/PURCHASE ORDER

Washington University and the Commission on Presidential Debates are no longer accepting online purchase orders for media seeking to purchase workspace in the media filing center or other areas of the debate venue. The deadline for online orders expired at noon Oct. 7.

Media who are still seeking to make purchases of workspace and/or related chairs, desks, furnishings and phone, internet and power connections, may still attempt to place these orders by phone. To order by phone or for information, assistance or other pricing, please call (314) 935-9865.

• Media also may attempt to make these purchases by visiting the Media Fees/Payment Desk in the lobby of the University Athletic Complex, the venue that will house the presidential debate and related media filing center and workspaces. Directions to the desk can be obtained by calling the phone numbers above.
• On-site media who have questions or problems related to their workspace, furnishings or equipment connections, and those seeking assistance in ordering food or other services, may wish to refer to an online listing of university staff who are available to offer assisance and to troubleshoot such problems -- see Vendor Liasons/On-Site Services list.

Note: Media rate sheet/purchase orders are issued pursuant to the 2004 Presidential Debate at Washington University in St. Louis on October 8, 2004. Upon approval by an authorized representative, the party listed below agrees to reimburse Washington University in St. Louis for the reasonable costs of the products, services and/or other items described herein below.
