Bio: Adam Rosenzweig has done extensive work in the area of tax law and policy. He previously worked as a visiting assistant professor at Northwestern University School of Law and clerked for Judge James L. Dennis, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. While working in New York, Rosenzweig focused on federal income tax law and specialized in private equity, hedge funds, equity derivatives, and cross-border capital markets.
