Expertise: Creativity, team-building, human resource management, organizational performance, individual innovation, and industrial organization.

Bio: Professor Baer has worked extensively in the German automotive industry and consulted for firms in Europe and Asia in the area of Human Resources Management. During his doctoral studies, he worked as a research assistant and taught several courses on management and organizational behavior. Baer is an expert in the area of creativity; individual innovation, cross-cultural effects in the workplace, team development and motivation.
