Before coming to the Olin Business School, Professor Bunderson taught at the University of Minnesota and at Brigham Young University. He has worked in organization and management development at PepsiCo, Inc., studied change management at Allina Health System, and held several training and development positions. Prof. Bunderson's areas of expertise include human resource management, management strategy, motivation, knowledge management and coordination of specialized expertise.
