Bio: Katherine Goldwasser focuses her scholarship on criminal and trial procedure and evidence. She brings years of trial experience to her teaching, having served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of Illinois and a law clerk to Judge Edward R. Becker, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (now on the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit) .
