Bio: Barnes is an expert on statistical evidence and forms of proof. She is the co-author of "Road Work: Racial Profiling and Drug Interdiction on the Highway." Barnes has also written on the relationship between crime rates and American attitudes towards the death penalty and deterence and the death penalty.
