Metro survey

By Neil Schoenherr

Oct. 6, 2006 -- Some 17,000 WUSTL students, faculty and staff have recently signed up for a free universal pass for access to Metro, the St. Louis region's public transportation system. Washington University and Metro are interested in the extent to which pass recipients are using Metro's services, and in their level of satisfaction with public transportation in the community. Participation in this survey research will be greatly appreciated. This survey is an important part of this program and will assist in determining accurate billing levels and program design. The survey can be accessed through the following link: http://www.heartlandmarketresearch.com/surveys/wmf06.htm

Survey results will be compiled by Heartland Market Research, LLC, and will be analyzed and reported by members of the University of Missouri-Rolla's Psychology and Engineering Management Departments. All responses will be confidential. If you have any questions about this research, please contact James H. Martin, Department of Psychology, University of Missouri-Rolla, 573-341-4822; martinjh@umr.edu.
