WUSTL's acapella group After Dark helped get things rolling with two original songs, "I got a crush on Joe Biden," and "I got a crush on Sarah Palin." The songs, written specifically for the debate, were arranged by senior Stephen Harrison. Harrison performed a solo in the Sarah Palin song, and senior Emily Reisman performed a solo in the Joe Biden song. The students were interview by Early Show co-anchor Maggie Rodriguez.

MSNBC's Hardball with Chris Matthews is also scheduled to broadcast live from campus on debate day.

WUSTL has issued over 3,100 media credentials for the vide presidential debate.
